    It is big job when you have 30+ live properties to individually send vendor reports, if the portal isn't an option, how about being able to a bulk email to listings from the "current listings" tab? An option under LISTINGS for you to select which listings you want to send a report to, then either under "MERGE" tab or "REPORT" tab having a mailmerge template for the vendor report, that attached the report to the email?

    I would like to see this taken one step further and see that the match alert email to come from the office location, rather than the "contact" that owns the listing, that the email ends up sending from - especially in a multi office account!

  4. The ability to pick up the number of internet hits/watchers/enquiry's on the portals and feed these through to the report.

    I agree - and also to be able to print a report to show the 10 working days for holding that deposit
