Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Merge Field - Events - OFI Details - Date and Time
Dear REX, as discussed 8/5/18, there is no merge field for Open Home details, eg 'date and time'. We email our Vendors from REX (listing>merge>send email>select template), however there is no option to include a merge field for OFI details. If the details (date and time) of future open homes would pull through, it would save time on the hundreds of emails each week (between our 3 offices) by eliminating the data entry double handling. Please make this merge available. Thank you in advance.

Prioritise tasks/reminders on each property/listing/contact and filter on dashboard
As you can only do one job at a time, it would be more efficient to find the most pressing job/task in order on the dashboard. Therefore we need the ability to number each tasks. So when tasks are loaded from the track they are already in order of priority. Then when they are seen on the dashboard there is another order of priority mixed with other listings/contacts/properties. Therefore we need the ability to filter by track and also listing/property/contact.

Sending newsletters from the assigned agent
Sending newsletters from the assigned agent instead of one person. This gives the agent the chance to respond to the feedback. How it is at the moment it would take hours and over 15 newsletters a week to create a newsletter from each individual agent.
6 votesLast week, we released the ability to send newsletters from a contact's record owner. This means any replies to the newsletter email will go straight to that agent's inbox.

Attaching documents to properties
Would like the ability to attach documents to a property before it becomes a listing so when you enter a property as an appraisal, you could attach the appraisal form.

Change "Available" field on rental brochures
This field is showing as "2014-03-28" on rental brochures. Cant see way of changing it. Just want it changed asap to read "28th Mar 2014" as it appears in Rex.

Export listings with more information
In addition to the current listing reporting options (OFI and stocklist brochures), can we have an option to export a list of current listings which shows information such as:
Building name / property address / date of listing sign-up / # bedrooms / Listing price / agent assigned to listing / property size / body corporate rates / notes..5 votesHi All,

Page Break Letter Templates
Page break should be a feature in the normal set up area of Letter merges rather than having to use the "HTML" page.

Under Contract Status
It would be much better to have the portal feeds update with the "under contract" status when the property goes unconditional rather than when adding the contracts. Its fine to show it in our side of the rex but some contracts fall over and the enquiry stops as soon as they see it goes under contract. If people can only see that it is under contract when it goes unconditonal that would be much better!

There doesnt seem to be anywhere to generate a key register list? This was available on the old rex.

Make the rex reminders sync
Like the calendar integration with iPhone calendar, it would be great if the Rex reminders were able to be synced with the reminders app on the iPhone so calls and reminders could be made or viewed on the run.

Email "Attached Documents"
When we send documents via email merge, we're finding some clients are getting confused when they read the heading "Attached Documents" and are interpreting the displayed hyperlinks as a list of 'attachments' rather than links they can actually click on. They then reply to our email saying that there was no document attached.
Is it possible to change the heading displayed above the document links in email merges to something more meaningful like:

Business Name on Brochure
I would like to see Business Name added to Text Presets in the custom Brochure Builder.

VENDOR REPORT - Allow removal of the 'Stats' page
Our agents would like to be able to cut out the vast majority of the content in the Vendor Report. Our agents are more suited to the previous report where there is only the Vendor Feedback for that particular property as we do not hold 'Open Homes' etc.

Bulk email property brochure to (reverse) matched buyers
We can currently only email a brochure to individual buyers via the buyer's 'match' button. It would be super efficient to be able to send a brochure for that property to all matching buyers via the 'reverse match' feature on the property page, rather than having to go to create a new newsletter/template for every single new listing.
New Listing -> match -> select relevant buyers (these are all current features)... Just need to add -> 'email brochure' to the mass actions list.

Link both a contact & property to an appointment
When setting up a buyer inspection, it would be convenient to link the appointment to the contact as well as the property rather than just one or the other.

Pretty straight forward...having the land size displayed on the brochures so all information is present.

You’ll be happy to hear that we offer the functionality you just described! You can search by suburb by performing a wildcard search. Just put a percentage sign before your search e.g. %sydney. Feel free to contact our friendly support team if you have any additional queries around this. -
Show contract/acceptance date on Sales Advice
We can enter the unconditional date and the settlement date, but given most conditions are within a certain time frame from acceptance it would be great to have it on the Sales Advice.

We have now updated the Sales Advise to include special conditions and their due dates (this is at the bottom of the sales advice).
