Under Offer Feature
Add an under offer feature rather than marking it as sold - this is essential for projects

This says it is completed but when you 'accept' an offer, it pushes to sold stc on the portals and not under offer.
You have to mark the offer as 'accepted' and then change this in Rightmove plus (or similar) to under offer.
When you want to mark a property as 'sold stc' you have to then mark this as exchanged, even though it hasn't! -
