VPA Budget Invoice
Currently, if you want your Vendor to be able to pay a deposit for the VPA, you need to provide them with an invoice. You then deposit the money paid into Trust - but there's no way to find which listing has had the VPA deposit paid. This causes an issue if I can't find the who has paid and who hasn't. The only way I can do this is if I mark the invoice as paid, which is incorrect - I'm still holding the money. It would be great if the VPA schedule had a total at the bottom and included the office bank details. Then when we receive the deposit, we can mark what has been pre-paid and report on what is yet to be prepaid for by the vendor.
