Under Contract Status
It would be much better to have the portal feeds update with the "under contract" status when the property goes unconditional rather than when adding the contracts. Its fine to show it in our side of the rex but some contracts fall over and the enquiry stops as soon as they see it goes under contract. If people can only see that it is under contract when it goes unconditonal that would be much better!

HI. We suppress the under contract from feeding through to the wesbites until it exchnages then take the suppress off so it shows as sold.
