Prioritise tasks/reminders on each property/listing/contact and filter on dashboard
As you can only do one job at a time, it would be more efficient to find the most pressing job/task in order on the dashboard. Therefore we need the ability to number each tasks. So when tasks are loaded from the track they are already in order of priority. Then when they are seen on the dashboard there is another order of priority mixed with other listings/contacts/properties. Therefore we need the ability to filter by track and also listing/property/contact.
You can now custom reorder reminders as part of the Enhanced Reminders release.

Not being able to prioritise tasks and number/ place in list order of importance, or even filter beyond High Priority is the most frustrating thing. Some days there can be 100's of tasks due for one person and only having 3 options to filter with High, Default, Low isn't effective. We do love Rex, but the software needs a better filter system urgently. Thank you.
