Sending newsletters from the assigned agent
Sending newsletters from the assigned agent instead of one person. This gives the agent the chance to respond to the feedback. How it is at the moment it would take hours and over 15 newsletters a week to create a newsletter from each individual agent.

Last week, we released the ability to send newsletters from a contact's record owner. This means any replies to the newsletter email will go straight to that agent's inbox.
