Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  7. Facial login - Biometrics

    Hi,

    One of the main reasons I do not currently use the Rex Pocket mobile app is that I need to log in each time, which makes it less convenient than other apps I use regularly.

    I wanted to ask whether there is an option to enable facial recognition or biometric login, so access can be quicker and more seamless.

    If this is not currently available, is it something that may be introduced in the future?

    Having a "Private Open home" option would be good. You could set the time like an open home but the time is not publicly advertised. For example, a tenanted property who doesnt want opens or an owner that doesnt want opens. You can invite a number of people to attend the private open home "by appointment". This would enable you to check them in as normal and run it like an open but no open home has been advertised so no random neighbours etc wandering in.   20. Viewing Cancellation

    Click on a viewing in the diary, then select “Actions” → “Cancel Appointment” and add a cancellation reason, it could automatically trigger an email to both the vendor and the viewer, notifying them of the cancellation. Similar to when booking a viewing. It would be great if this is possible, rather than doing everything manually.
