Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Leads - Allow both send email and add feedback before completing
Currently when processing a lead there is only the option of either sending an email and complete, or add feedback and complete. The work around is doing a mail merge then processing the lead but that is clunky. Would be good if there is an option to send an email (ie. template), add feedback (so appears on vendor report) and then complete the lead.
2 votesWe updated the leads dialog in 2022 to include the ability to do common actions right from the lead. This includes sending SMS, emails, adding feedback, reminders and notes, as well as booking appointments.

Auto assigning a match profile from Leads & ofi/inspection contacts
It would be amazing for REX to be able to auto populate a buyer match profile on to a contact when it is inputted into the system from a LEAD & OFI/Private Inspection. It should populate from the property that the buyer enquired on or inspects within $50k either side.
Other CRM systems do this and it is amazing for matching buyers quickly and saves time with the agents having to manually put a match profile on to each contact. This is a must have ASAP for agents using the system efficiently and being able to confidently tell an owner…

Can you please have the option to Provide automatic responses to buyer enquiries? Sometimes we can hundreds of enquiries, we can simply deal with these with set templates including specific information ,

Processing Leads - multiple options
When processing leads -
Myself and my team like to use the feature of emailing first before calling at an allocated time slot to ensure we're not sporadically getting back to enquiry throughout the day.
To ensure we are however acknowledging the enquiry as quickly as possible we send the email. As we have two agents on all listings, I believe it would be a great feature if when someone emails a lead, an icon comes up letting both parties know that the lead has been emailed and therefore the only action required is a call and for the lead…3 votesIn the latest leads update you can now see if an email has been sent to the lead — or if any of the other actions have been taken!

Create a Reminder when entering a note
Have a tick box within adding a note section so that if you add a note when talking to someone, you can tick the box to create a reminder to call that person back if need be. Instead of double handling by creating a note then creating a reminder.

Filter Records by Certain Track or Lack of a Track
I think its important to be able to find all contact without an up and coming reminder or track associated to them. This way you can make sure people don't slip through the cracks
41 votesYou can now search for contacts, properties and listings that have no active tracks or that have specific tracks applied.
You can use our new AI filters with a prompt like "No track applied", "Doesn't have track" or "Has {track name} applied".
You'll also find the filter in the advanced filters section of each module.
- For "no track applied" - search "Active Tracks - Track" "is empty"
- For specific track applied - search "Active Tracks - Track" "is any of" The track name

viewing confirmation
automatic emails sent to person viewing and owner of property when a viewing is confirmed with traffic light system as you confirm viewing with all parties
4 votesThanks for the great suggestion! We already have the ability to send confirmations to guests, but only recently have we introduced the ability to send confirmations to vendors/owners.

Please can we have the Rosie Calendar added to pocket
Hi can we have the Rosie calendar added to pocket? We can then see our appointments directly in pocket. We will be able to see contact details to call straight away if block viewings etc. Book future appointments.

Calendar - auto SMS attendee reminders
When entering an appointment in the Rex calendar, it would be amazing if you could just tick a little box that will send an automated SMS template to the attendees reminding them about their appointment time, say 24 hours (would be even better if this was customisable as well) before their appointment.
As real estate agents have minimal time as it is, this would greatly assist our team in regards to making sure that all appointments run smoothly and to minimise the risk of no show's.

Reminder automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder
When you Add a reminder it automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder not the record owner

Option to Archive instead of Trash a Contact
When a contact is trashed, all related historical details are removed ie associated contacts, listing & properties, and the contact no longer appears in basic search results.
For continued integrity of the historical data in the CRM, it would be great if you could chose to ARCHIVE instead of Trash.
By doing this, all relevant information is still attached to the contact for historical purposes but the contact is no longer an "active" contact, they are marked as Do Not Contact and have an Archived status and tag.

Ability to have two active appraisals (Rental & Sale)
In REX there is only one place to input appraisals. This has proven to be an issue for properties that are having a sales and rental appraisal with the only way around this is by archiving one and then entering the other. However, this is an issue as this information feeds to be able to create documents with this information automatically being filled. However we can only do it for one and not the other. Is there a possibility that your program can allow more than one active appraisal? That way each staff member (Sales Representative and Business Development Manager)…

Brochure SMS charges REX not Phone on Pocket!
When you SMS 'brochure' from pocket at the open home, the SMS charge is from REX not the phone like it claims. Can this be rectified ASAP?

Open Homes In Pocket need to become more simple
When using Pocket at an OFI it is very difficult to multi-task between signing people in, sending contracts, adding buyers notes and editing/adding emails etc. Having used other open home apps such as Homepass, I know the process can be much simpler.
I believe it was just dumbed down to quickly check buyers in, send contracts and add notes it would work much better. Then if agents want to do the more technical stuff they can use the contacts section f pocket.

Zapier
It would be fantastic to see a Zapier integration for Rex - the possibilities would be endless.
we'd use it to integrate with Facebook Pages to automate our organic listing content. Also to feed leads from Facebook back into Rex.

Ability to search and find contacts by mobile numbers on country code in pocket and rex
Given the various formats that mobile numbers and landlines can be provided to agents and property managers in, its frustrating to have to search twice or more to determine if a contact is already in the system, due to the prefix formatting. This simple change could save lot of time for agents and admin staff.
7 votesWe have introduced more robust searching in the CRM, so you can search for contacts by their mobile number, regardless of their prefix. Our smart search engine treats '04' and '+614' and '614' as the same thing so the results are resilient to various formats. This functionality will also be coming to Rex Mobile's global search too in the future.

Bulk SMS via Pocket to ALL attendees for ALL previously held OFI's
Ability to send a bulk SMS through Rex Pocket to all of my recorded contacts that have attended every open home/private for a given property (I.e. all attendees that are recorded under a given property as inspecting). This is currently only possible through the Rex web application but not through your mobile/tablet application.

Sending newsletters from the assigned agent
Sending newsletters from the assigned agent instead of one person. This gives the agent the chance to respond to the feedback. How it is at the moment it would take hours and over 15 newsletters a week to create a newsletter from each individual agent.
6 votesLast week, we released the ability to send newsletters from a contact's record owner. This means any replies to the newsletter email will go straight to that agent's inbox.

Setting reminders default to show all outstanding tasks not just todays tasks
Can we change this default setting to ensure all overdue and current reminders are present in the agent dashboard? It makes no sense to have outstanding reminders hidden as they still need to be actioned and it creates a situation where tasks are getting missed. I can see from the above request search there have been multiple users bring this issue up and the idea has always been rejected. It makes no sense at all to ignore overdue reminders, what is the point of reminders at all if you only see what is due on a given day not what…

The Calendar feature in REX is rubbish. It would be great if REX could link to OUTLOOK CALENDAR to set meetings and appointments
