Processing Leads - multiple options
When processing leads -
Myself and my team like to use the feature of emailing first before calling at an allocated time slot to ensure we're not sporadically getting back to enquiry throughout the day.
To ensure we are however acknowledging the enquiry as quickly as possible we send the email. As we have two agents on all listings, I believe it would be a great feature if when someone emails a lead, an icon comes up letting both parties know that the lead has been emailed and therefore the only action required is a call and for the lead to be finished processing.
