Ability to have two active appraisals (Rental & Sale)
In REX there is only one place to input appraisals. This has proven to be an issue for properties that are having a sales and rental appraisal with the only way around this is by archiving one and then entering the other. However, this is an issue as this information feeds to be able to create documents with this information automatically being filled. However we can only do it for one and not the other. Is there a possibility that your program can allow more than one active appraisal? That way each staff member (Sales Representative and Business Development Manager) can send information that is specific for the client signed off from them?
