Brochure SMS charges REX not Phone on Pocket!
When you SMS 'brochure' from pocket at the open home, the SMS charge is from REX not the phone like it claims. Can this be rectified ASAP?
Good news: this has been resolved in our latest open homes release! In the Pocket Settings menu, you can now choose to have ebrochures send either via Rex, or via your Phone.

Agree, I have unlimited texts on my phone and don't wish to incur extra charges. As long as 'send brochure' is considered as text only.
I Agree, why pay for additional SMS when I have unlimited SMS with my phone plan, can this be changed ASAP please as I have to go out of Rex every time to send an SMS and the info is then not recorded in REX meaning i have to manually input the info...it would very time consuming if I did manually input the info, as I dont, the effectiveness of REX is diluted.
