Reminder automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder
When you Add a reminder it automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder not the record owner

Thanks for the suggestion. We have altered this functionality, so now when you create a reminder, it will default to the record owner. However, the option remains to assign it to someone else with the dropdown.

Hello, we are still finding that agents are not completing this additional step and it is creating additional admin for our team. It's one of our biggest peeves and I'm sure a lot of other users will agree. We would love to see this feature introduced.
