Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

STOCKLIST - More information required on Public Listing Reports
We are missing the following features when printing out our public listing reports:
*inclusion of QR codes
*ability to include a header and footer

VENDOR REPORT - Serious interest from buyers on report
In feedback report I would like to be able to identify clearly those that are interested to those who are not. So we can just click a button so they are at the top of the inspection until such time as they are no longer interested

Unsubscribers Report
The ability to produce some form of report/CSV export for those who have unsubscribed from a particular list.
Its great it automatically unsubscribes but it'd be handy to know who has unsubscribed.

KPI reporting
We would like to be able to customise a KPI report that can show the following information
1. # of appraisals within a period
2. # of new and current listings within a period
3. # of sales within a period
4. $ value of VPA within a period
5. Database entries - ie Activity completed & feedback added
6. Gross commission income earnt within a periodWe want to be able to measure these KPI's by individual agents. At the moment we would have to get this information from 4 or 5 different reports.

OFI list amendments
For the OFI list to pull through the sale's reps photos and have an option to pull through less listings per page enabling description text to pull for each listing.

Edit "Cheesy" Vendor Reports Intro
Hi team, would like the ability to edit the intro content for each section of the Vendor Report to remove current "Cheesy" and unprofessional
"...want to show you how hard we are working..."
and allow us to use words that are more professional and more suitable to our client demographic.

comments for vendors on first page
Can we please have comments from buyers at the start of the vendor report instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom to view feedback/comments.

Vendor Reports need HOT COLD WARM leads fixed
On the vendor report, the HOT/WARM/COLD breakdown is referencing the entire list of enquiries, when it should only be talking about customers that have actually inspected.

Automatically tick "approve for vendor reporting" numbers at OFI
Even though we call the vendor(s) after an Open For Inspection to advise how many people came through the open, it would be a great option to have this automatically ticked for reporting when sending vendor reports. We understand the need for us to tick for reporting when it comes to feedback from prospective purchasers, however, the Open for Inspection numbers should be automatic.

FINANCIAL - VPA report by property
Rather than pulling up a report of what has been booked and what is yet to be booked and it appearing by the product type we need to be able to pull up a report that details it by property showing exactly what has been booked and yet to be booked per property.

Listing Summary Report
A report that can be produced at the end of a Listing (whether sold/leased or withdrawn) showing number of opens, number of people that came through, any price adjustments, sale/rent price etc. This would be handy for future reference to listing similar properties, as a training tool to new agents or just for the licensee to have an overview of activity in the office.

OFI LIST - Order alphabetically by suburb
OFI lists are best created in alphabetical order by suburb. Our receptionists find it difficult to have people holding on a call to filter through 2-3 pages of property addresses to advise the open times. Having the OFI report in alphabetical order by suburb would assist our administration staff greatly in being able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The current reports work great for sales staff but not as practical for other situations, for the above reasons.

VENDOR REPORT - 'Follow Up' to be counted as a phone call
I love the new vendor reports. I think that when we enter "follow up" it should appear as a phone call in the vendor report.

Add sub categories (house/ apartment) of residential listings in report
When generating a report (public/ internal) for residential listings, can we get the sub-categories shown?
It's easy for clients to see what the properties are and don't need to generate multiple reports.
Because we usually send client all residential listings under 1 agent name or in a certain area.1 vote -
Open homes
I have noticed a new feature that the open times appear on the sales/rentals list. However, if there are 2 open times scheduled for that week only the first one appears. Also on properties that don't have an open time come up with 'open time: contact agent' which I don't think looks very good. I think all open times should appear and the properties without an open time should just have nothing there at all.

We suggest that the public and internal report of listings can be ordered by agent name and building name. We believe these two order is very useful and much easier for clients and agents to read the report.

New Report - Contracts with status marked as Offer/'Not Accepted
Could we please have a new report made available that allows a user to search for Contracts where the status is Offer/Not Accepted?
This would allow a user to easily identify any contracts that have been entered but not yet marked as accepted. Without this capability at present the only report that provides this information is the 'Contracts – New in Period ' report however this also includes all other contracts (regardless of their status) so can be particularly unwieldy with large sales volumes.

Days on market, doesn’t work when relisted
Days on market, doesn’t work when relisted as you have to overwrite the dates or it shows it has been listed for more then 90 days.
