Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Different User Ability Levels
Rex University shows all users as at a Learner stage, which is clearly inaccurate. It would assist Super Admin users if there were different levels, such as Learner, Basic, Intermediate, Rexpert etc. This would be particularly helpful for an Admin to understand the amount of time their staff are spending on the system and the amount of training they have done. As a tracking tool, a staff member that undertakes a lot of merge activity, inputting of notes and training, would be upskilled from Learner. Customise mandatory fields for kiosk form
Allow admins to make certain fields on the home open form via Kiosk mandatory so that guests can provide phone numbers or emails for follow ups.

Marketing Schedule to have Invoiced and Uninvoiced options separated
Please have Invoicecd/Unvoiced as separated categories when generating a Marketing Schedule
Currently the client is receiving Marketing Schedules with items previously paid for.
The invoice goes over 2 pages and looks unprofessional. The client only wants to see what the new Schedule is, not previous ones.1 vote -
Colour coded notes
When we make a note against a property it would be beneficial to be able to make them a colour ( Like in our calander ). I've had important notes made & pinned them to the top - but they don't stand out from the other notes. The ability to make it coloured eg yellow - would help to make certain notes stand out.

Other Details & 'Key Features'
In the "other details" & "Features" tab under "more info" there are only a few options for other details that show on Realestate.co.nz. We would like to see alot more features added like other companies have so our purchasers can see ALL features to the property not just a few. We think this is extremely important and can see other businesses can do this.

Support Video improvement
The tutorial video titled "Support" is zoomed in and it's not possible to see what the tutor is clicking for some of the tutorial making it not as helpful as it should be

Security/Privacy
Our IT providers noted the PDF files accessed in Rex download to the local PC, not viewed in the web. They noted it may be a concern if information from REX is of a confidential nature since it will be stored on a BYOD device. They recommended REX consider limiting access to web-based views only

Approve or deny features in a quicker manner
Votes being returned or more votes given per user given the time it takes to approve or deny features. Some have over 100 votes and are over 18 months old yet the feature has not been approved for development or denied for development so peoples votes are just siitting idle.

Allow lead drop & primary email address field to be sent to portals like Domain, currently it only allows for one to go through there.
Please allow a lead drop and primary email address field to be sent to Domain!!! Why is it that this works for REA and not Domain? Domain have gone to the effort of doing all they can on their end, however Rex keeps reverting the two emails in Domain back to one. attachment size increase 2mb and remove vote system
Hi Rex
I have two ideas, please increase attachment size, 2mb is pitiful, as most pdf with a photo on is min 5 mb.
Second idea is to remove voting system for ideas, what is the point of having ideas that have a constraint on them? especially in this era of the internet, I would encourage more ideas not stifle with a voting system ???0 votes -

Is it possible
Could you add the ability to upload photos onto Pocket?
Can we have a QR code that will take the potential buyers details from Private viewings - the QR code at the moment only takes details for those who attend open homes not private viewings.
