Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  4. Pocket Rex fast login authentication improve user experience

    I used Pocket Rex for my site visit yesterday and it was too slow.

    Loading was slow, login was slow, the app leaves the code page and reloads when you go to authenticator and sometimes by the time it opens the code has changed. This took up too much of my time and I won't be using it again as it's too slow and inefficient.

    Please can you add something to your developers backlog to get this fixed as a priority as it the user experience is very poor.

  11. Marketing Schedule to have Invoiced and Uninvoiced options separated

    Please have Invoicecd/Unvoiced as separated categories when generating a Marketing Schedule
    Currently the client is receiving Marketing Schedules with items previously paid for.
    The invoice goes over 2 pages and looks unprofessional. The client only wants to see what the new Schedule is, not previous ones.

    Create workflows (reminders and tracks) around contracts and settlements.
    EXAMPLES:
    When a contract is created - send a task to the person responsible to create a commission worksheet
    If you mark a contract as unconditional - send a task to the person responsible to send off the commission invoice.
    When a property is marked as sold - an automatic text message is sent to both buyers and sellers for reviews.

  13. Different User Ability Levels

    Rex University shows all users as at a Learner stage, which is clearly inaccurate. It would assist Super Admin users if there were different levels, such as Learner, Basic, Intermediate, Rexpert etc. This would be particularly helpful for an Admin to understand the amount of time their staff are spending on the system and the amount of training they have done. As a tracking tool, a staff member that undertakes a lot of merge activity, inputting of notes and training, would be upskilled from Learner.   14. Other Details & 'Key Features'

    In the "other details" & "Features" tab under "more info" there are only a few options for other details that show on Realestate.co.nz. We would like to see alot more features added like other companies have so our purchasers can see ALL features to the property not just a few. We think this is extremely important and can see other businesses can do this.

  17. call app selection from pocket app

    we use 3CX calling app to allow call recording for quality control, it would be great if we could select which phone app to use when making calls from pocket. currently it uses the default phone app so it would be great if that could be an option that before making the call the app asks which phone app you would like to use to make the call. (I have discovered a work around however its not ideal - change the default phone app prior to making calls and revert back when finished)

  18. make a note against a property in bulk ie when a street is dropped with a flyer a note can be put against each property in the street.

    Write one note for multiple properties ie when a letterbox drop is completed on a street a note can be attached to each property, with just one entry.

  19. In the open homes section, add an option "Inspect by Appointment"

    If, for a variety of reasons, I cannot hold regular open homes, leaving this field blank leads buyers to assume that the place is under contract or that we've given up on it.
