Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Customise Caller ID Overlay
Having caller ID that can overlay an incoming call is awesome. However, being able to customise the data overlaid would be amazing. For example, having the name and address pop up would be better as some contacts are easier to remember by address.

Contact Group
Hi! I would like to suggest a REX contact group option. This would be handy for our tracks when sending emails through REX from Sales Agents to our Admin team. We currently have tasks that are set to email which we'd then send an email template from but there is only the option to add individual contacts from it. We use many distribution groups within our outlook email on a daily basis and I believe this could be beneficial from our CRM.

Add notes to listing when booking an appointment
When booking an inspection against the contact it would be beneficial if the property chosen was automatically updated with the contact

More options in the pop up box when adding a contact
It would be great if there were more options in the pop up box when adding a contact. This would prompt the agents/admin to enter more information and it would be easier for them to have a clean database.
For example they could be prompted to: change ownership; add as a related contact to a listing/property; add mailing list; add system tags.
If they are prompted at the time of adding a contact they are more likely to enter this information.1 vote -
Weekly Contact Follow Up Report
Is your system able to generate a weekly contact/follow up report to show how many contacts an agent conducted? for example, the agent is managing 50 appraisals at moment, we'd like to see a report weekly which is an excel format to show property address, first contact date, last contact date, number of contact by email, number of contact by phone calls, appraisal date, appraisal range etc.

Tagging Contacts
When adding in a new contact on Rex Pocket, there fields of name, mobile, etc is required of course - but would also like to add in a field straight after these contact details with the option to tag contacts under our categories if necessary, so instead manually navigating to their Contact Record, tagging can be done instantly on the same 'adding contact' page.

Tag a contact as a favourite and display the Favourites in Pocket Rex.
On the home screen in Pocket, a new category called Favourites would be added to the list. It would then make the frequently called contacts more quickly accessible.
When I'm working on one transaction or one campaign I'm finding I'm calling the same person multiple times. Adding a Favourites categories would be that make easier to make the call, particularly when I'm driving...1 vote -
Re Open Home Contacts
It would be good to be able to email the contacts from the actions button in pocket so we can email them a pre prepared email template.

The ability to sync all contacts to phone
Having all the contacts in your phone is great for making calls quicky and efficienty when on the run. It's also great to have them on your phone for times when you need to share a contact with someone. Most devices can handle upwards of 50,000 contacts without any drama. Picking which contacts to sync based on their tags is important as well. This gives the ability to preclude contacts that are not needed as well.

Adding new contact
When using the search, if it comes back as nothing, there is an option to add new contact. If you have typed first and last name, mobile or email it will auto populate the new contact questions.

It would be great to have "Accountant" as a related contact please.

Generate Report or List for deleted tags eg "Trust Account - Agent Name"
Could you please let me know if it is possible to generate a report or find a list of all deleted tags?
I am wanting to find out the deleted tags for "Trust Account - (Agent's Name)"
I know how to check the change log for a particular contact but here I am trying to generate a list or report.

unsubscribe
People who unsubscribe from emails don't necessarily want to be unsubscribed from all communication. Please can we have the ability to unsubscribe from different levels of communication?

Label / Mail Merge Export, contact names exported in seperate fields
Would be great to allow the Label export feature to have first and last names in separate fields.
I know it's possible to do this with full data export rights but we prefer to keep this privilege to a few and want to avoid bottleneck situations specially during seasons like Christmas where exports are required from all Sales team databases.
Appreciate it if this could be included.
