Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Mass Action data from your Tabs
currently there is no function that allows the user to mass action ‘apply’ or ‘remove’ data on tabs – this can only be done on ‘tags’ of for ‘record ownership’.
It would be incredibly efficient to have this functionality added. Currently all data has to be changed individually – it means the process of building out information, iterating and growing custom data is clunky and slow.

Filter open home lists by agent..

Remove building name from Rental Reports
Can you please remove the building name for Rentals. When you do a listing report for Rentals it is pulling up the building name, which is taking up a lot of space and is not worth having there

VENDOR REPORT - Serious interest from buyers on report
In feedback report I would like to be able to identify clearly those that are interested to those who are not. So we can just click a button so they are at the top of the inspection until such time as they are no longer interested

VENDOR REPORT - Mass emails and SMS to be recorded
I would like to see mass emails & SMS's recorded against the property, so that they show up in the vendor reports. Mass SMS's is a great feature, however, if it is only recorded against the contact and not the listing, the work done by the agent is not being recorded for the vendor to acknowledge.

Sold Report
Can we get a report for sold listings which incudes the sold price? Handy for salespeople putting appraisals together.

Buyers Attached to Mailing Lists Reporting
Would love Rex to be able generate a report on how many buyers have been attached to mailing lists with a date range Including which user attached the mailing list to the contact. This will then show how buyer increase in what amount of time to our database and also tracking agent accountability for buyers.

Generate a report of a contacts entire stream
Often in Property Management I want to generate a report of every stream entry to give to a landlord who has been away for a time or wants a reference point of Management tasks completed... It would be very helpful for any type of contact (Contractors, Solicitors, Landlords, Tenants...)

Current Listings (DOM) Report - Add Price
We are having to print 2 lists when reviewing reps stock. The report for Current Listings (DOM) is good except missing the current list price - if this was added we could solely go off this list, and not have to crosscheck between another stocklist.

VENDOR REPORT - Sort by ascending or descending dates
Currently the Vendor Report lists from oldest entry to newest entry - I would like the ability to keep the newest entry at the top so that fresh information is first. (I realise some Agents only report a week at a time, however if I am doing an auction or deadline campaign over 3 or 4 weeks I like to keep the FULL feedback in front of the Vendor and update for second and subsequent viewings so they have the complete picture.

Printing Different Reports
It would be good to be able to print different reports for the different portals we advertise in.
I work for a real estate company, I put up advertisements on 5 different portals via REX, will be 6 shortly however I can only print one report for all listings.
We are going to start advertising in China on the Juwai portal.
When we want to send a listing to the Chinese investors, we only want a report on the Juwai and TPSS portals, pricing is different and clientele is different.
The other report needs to go to the local public…

Making the Pocket Agenda customizable
When we print off the pocket agenda it shows the contact name and number only - there should be a way we can show the relative property, the current track assigned to that contact, etc. There should be an area we can select what to show and what not to show.

VENDOR REPORT - Have a start date option
Have a start date button when generating vendor reports. Time-consuming to have to check where the last report ran to every time we do them.
It will save the vendor from keeping multiple reports and quicker for the agents.

STOCKLIST - More information required on Public Listing Reports
We are missing the following features when printing out our public listing reports:
inclusion of QR codes
ability to include a header and footer

Report for Settled In Period
We would like a report in the Franchise Centre that will show every listing that has been marked with settled within a time period.

VENDOR REPORT - 'Follow Up' to be counted as a phone call
I love the new vendor reports. I think that when we enter "follow up" it should appear as a phone call in the vendor report.

Task based KPI report
In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.

OFI LIST - Order alphabetically by suburb
OFI lists are best created in alphabetical order by suburb. Our receptionists find it difficult to have people holding on a call to filter through 2-3 pages of property addresses to advise the open times. Having the OFI report in alphabetical order by suburb would assist our administration staff greatly in being able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The current reports work great for sales staff but not as practical for other situations, for the above reasons.

Activity Reports
Could the vendors email address and price be put on these as it would save time looking them up and price is a moving target so it confirms where price is at.

Auction Reports and Listing Stock Reports - More filter options
We would like the Events List to filter by the event date in ascending order. This way we will be able to see easily which properties have events coming up. We would like it to only come up with Auctions/Set Date of Sale.
Listing Stock Reports - we would like a filter on this so that it will order by Listing Agent so that we can run 1 report for our office.12 votes
