Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Processing Leads - multiple options

    When processing leads -
    Myself and my team like to use the feature of emailing first before calling at an allocated time slot to ensure we're not sporadically getting back to enquiry throughout the day.
    To ensure we are however acknowledging the enquiry as quickly as possible we send the email. As we have two agents on all listings, I believe it would be a great feature if when someone emails a lead, an icon comes up letting both parties know that the lead has been emailed and therefore the only action required is a call and for the lead…

  2. Lead enters automatically as an Enquiry on a Listing

    Leads are enquiries so to have them be marked automatically as one so they appear on the vendor report instead of manually doing it every time.

  3. Have the option to add BUYER MATCH from LEADS main page

    It would be great to have an option to add a buyer match from the main leads page dropdown menu whilst processing leads. Currently, you have to go into the contact to add a match alert, which when you have 20+ leads to process takes a fair amount of additional time.
    It would be even better also if when doing this the match alert pre-fills or makes suggestions of what to include in the match alert based on the listing they enquired on.

  4. Leads

    Can Leads for enquiries be automatically added to feedback without having to go in and edit the lead. This will reduce double-handling.

  5. Message from online forms

    No way to convert a message from online forms to convert and show in Rex. As an example www.bellaclyde.com.au captures a message from online leads which do not show in Rex at all - a lot of messages/comments get lost this way.

  7. Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'

    I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

  9. Pocket add Lead with simple process

    There needs to be a simple process for when a buyer calls an agents mobile direct for adding this to the Leads for Stepthrough. When on the go this process needs to be much smoother and quicker.

  10. Email Trail added to Lead responses

    When replying to email leads thru REX it would be good if the clients initial REA enquiry appeared in the email body so when we reply to them they can click on the link to see the property they enquired about

  11. Ability to create additional Stream tabs

    At the moment we only have 3 tabs on the streamline:
    Stream | Reminders | Feedback
    Could we have the ability to create additional tabs (just like we're able to do for listings, properties, contacts, projects etc), so that we can have a more detailed stream?

    For example if I create a new custom tab for a listing, I can name it and add in a field, select the type - which could be select box, check box, date or number etc.
    If we had options like these to work with but with regards to leads that would incredibly helpful!…

  12. Leads and vendor reports not matching

    Currently the leads come in and sit waiting to be processed. Once this has been processed against the person and listing, currently the system does not recognise this as an enquiry. You then have to enter the details again under the contacts enquiry tab. If you do not do this, the vendor report does not recognise there has been an enquiry. This is double handling and taking up precious time.

    It would be more efficient for the system to see a lead as an enquiry (as this is technically what they are) That way you don't have to do the…

  13. Multiple agents receiving the one lead

    Hi guys,
    Just a quick one.....is there the ability for two agents (we work as a team) to receive leads via Rex? When someone enquires on a property via online portals (realestate.com.au, domain etc) I receive an email via outlook but I don't receive it in Rex - my colleague is the only one who receives the leads for our joint listings in Rex. Therefore would love to receive leads on joint listings. Look forward to hearing from you.

  14. Leads notifications via SMS

    Our agents have requested that they receive an SMS notification when they have been assigned a lead, rather than receive an email notification. They believe this would be a lot more practical than feeling like they need to be glued to their email waiting for their leads to come through.

  15. Ability to see Leads under a Contact's or Property's "Stream" on Pocket Rex just like you can see them on a PC.

    Ability to see the Leads under a Contact's or Property's "Stream" on Pocket Rex just like you can see them on a PC amongst the notes and emails. Everything should be visible on Pocket Rex, the notes, leads, emails, all.

  16. Ability for agent's EBU to filter their lead agent's enquiry through Pocket

    Most agents have a team of assistants/sales associates around them. We would like for these team members to be able to filter their lead agent's email enquiries through Pocket so they can respond to enquiry.

  17. Make "source" field optional in leads, so they can be processed quicker

    we tend not to use the source field for enquiries that much,and it's VERY frustrating that for Every. Single. Lead. I have to click "edit details" then select the source, then click save, THEN process the lead....

    The source is great if you're interested in tracking those things, but if not, its a highly annoying set of steps to go through when processing every single enquiry. Other than for statistical purposes and reporting, I don't see why the source field is a required field in order for me to reply to the lead....

  18. More detail on each lead in leads summary page to show the property the lead is for and all info on enquiry

    If the same amount of info that shows in an email from Rex, REA or domain could be shown in the summary section of the leads page, an agent could prioritise which lead they address first, or even if its been dealt with on mobile already (in email until pocket gets leads added).
    We realise its only one tap / click to get into the detail on step though, but when you’re dealing with dozens at a time and have more than one staff member checking them, the more you can get without an extra click, the more work that…

  19. Ability to send custom automatic replies to email enquiries/leads from REA, Domain etc

    We would like to be able to set up custom automatic replies for each listing to be sent to email enquiries/leads from online portals. During busier periods we find it hard to keep up with all the property enquiries and this would ensure everyone gets a helpful response from us instantly and then from there we can also call later on certain people who have provided a number and we would like to speak to as well as people who have asked a more specific question that wasn't answered in the automatic reply.   20. Ability to assign leads to an agent at the listing level

    Could we please have the ability to choose which agent receives the leads from the listing page?

    Currently we like the 2nd agent to process the leads for most listings but are having to manually reassign leads and change contact ownership as the leads come in.

    At times this can be very inefficient if the 1st agent is not sitting at the computer to do this straight away as the leads come in.
