Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.
This is useful, for example, if you've called a contact and they've said, "I'm busy right now, can you please call me back in an hour/at a specific time" or even with pre-scheduled calls.

This is a fantastic Idea. Given that some of our agents have up to 300 reminders at any one time, it is difficult for them to be able to determine when the follow up is due without spending a significant amount of time searching through all reminders.
