When we go into our reminders that are due it would be much better if they displayed everything that is overdue no matter what date it was due that way we are not loosing track of what tasks have not been completed and dont have to change the way the tasks are displayed everytime we view them
Thanks for the feedback! Whilst we appreciate your suggestion we will not be implementing the ability to automatically view all overdue reminders.
By default, the reminders show one week in the future and two weeks past. You can change the filter but at this stage we are not going to let you change the default.
We have the default set this way so that your reminders stay clutter fre, this way you can stay up to date with your upcoming tasks rather than drowning in in overdue tasks.

Although it's designed like this to be 'clutter free', most agents need them to appear on the desktop 24/7 as a constent reminder that their are overdue tasks are very important to complete!
I think an 'overdue' section on the dashboard that showed all the overdue tasks would be beneficial for the agents, and will keep them on track. Rather than forgetting about looking at the 'overdue' section.
I think overdue tasks are not clear enough.
I would like to see the over dues and amount of shown in the reminder stream list so they are obvious when in dashboard.

Currently the default is set to show you 1 week in advance and 2 weeks in the past.
This is to keep your reminders clutter free, but you do have the option to set you own filters to find any old ones you have missed.
We'll leave this one open as we are open to more discussion and voting on this.
