Registration Form
I would like a simple buyers registration form.
At the moment I have paper registration forms that I use at open homes and on the window of our office.
I do not like the idea of having to double handle the buyers information. I would like to have a simple registration form that I can pull up on my iPad, hand my iPad to the new client/buyer and have them entire their own details.
This document should say "registration form" at the top.
It should automatically log the date and time the contact/client is added.
It should have space for the property details to be written in And a drop bar menu to existing properties.
Be able to have a preset address for when running an open home. Maybe still with the drop down bar menu to add other properties that may suit the new client.
Space for their address, email, phone & mobile.
4x tickable boxes for if they would like to receive emails, if they would like to be added to Facebook, Twitter or linked in.
Space at the bottom to add any additional notes.
All this info should automatically creat a new contact and the info logged in that contacts profile.

I think this would be a great idea. Although REX can be used at open homes, it is limited. I would be nice to have a specific OFI module which enables quicker entry, opt out. Also, when entering OFI attendees at the moment, I have to remember who was hot, warm or cold and then manually go into each record to update. With a dedicated module, it would be great if I could grade the temperature of a customer there and then
