Allowing listing owners to see tracks allocated by another user on their listing
As we implement a POD system into our office we would like to allow the listing owner (selling agent) to be able to see the tracks that have been allocated to the listing & the contacts. Currently they are able to see what has been done in relation to their listing but for clarity we would love for the listing agent to be able to see the UPCOMING tasks which will be done for the listing. This will prevent any double handling and build trust with our POD member and their agent who they are assisting. If you could please take this recommendation into consideration it will enable us to have a more coherent system in place.
