'Search for contacts without a track on then would be so handy.' has been merged into this idea

Filter Records by Certain Track or Lack of a Track

I think its important to be able to find all contact without an up and coming reminder or track associated to them. This way you can make sure people don't slip through the cracks

You can now search for contacts, properties and listings that have no active tracks or that have specific tracks applied. 

You can use our new AI filters with a prompt like "No track applied", "Doesn't have track" or "Has {track name} applied".

You'll also find the filter in the advanced filters section of each module.

  • For "no track applied" - search "Active Tracks - Track" "is empty"
  • For specific track applied - search "Active Tracks - Track" "is any of" The track name

    If one of the search criteria could be: 'has current track' or track: 'Pipeline A' to filter contacts it would then help run reports (which don't exist) or group the data required. Tags are fiddley and an extra step where as contacts with tracks have a purpose, then filtering those contacts makes keeping on top much easier. From an admin and salesperson perspective this is advantageous.

    this would help identify people that slip through the cracks. its pretty important.

    i would like a document in REX which tells us which listings (whether expired or non expired) do not have tracks on them. This will be a useful tool.

    REX users should be able to run a report to find out what properties a particular track has been assigned to - eg. Settlement tracks

    When auditing an administrator and/or a property it would be very helpful to be able to see what tracks have been conducted by an administrator for a property

    It would be great if we could have the ability to see what records were assigned to specific tracks.

    To have a report that would search through all contacts and property that has no assigned or current active tracks
