Required Documents should require listing authority
As it is a legal requirement to have a valid listing authority (PO Form 6 in QLD) I don't understand why this is not in the dropdown menu as a selection for the Required Documents
As a matter of urgency, would you please add this to the dropdown menu and require the listing authority to be uploaded to REX prior to Publishing to Portals?

Hi David! Thanks for your suggestion regarding the required listing document types. You can actually add listing document types to Rex in order to make them available for the required documents feature.
Navigate to the settings menu and choose the Custom Values, Tags & Mailing Lists option, where you can select the ‘Listing Document Type’ from the Values List and add Listing Authority as a user-added document type.
Then open the Portals & Publication Defaults (also on the Settings menu) to add the new Listing Authority document type as a blocking required document under the ‘Required Documents’ area.
