For Projects:

There should be one Chart for Enquiry Source and another for say follow ups, private inspections. etc. Enquiry Source is great for showing where enquiry is coming from and also to relate it back to Ad spend. There should be only one enquiry source note per enquiry. Ie a buyer enquires on Unit A, then gets followed up, maybe a few back and forward emails (ie more feedback notes) then an appointment etc., that should be counted as one enquiry from say REA. In the current setup you could mark all the follow ups, appointments etc as the enquiry coming from REA and then this would skew the data. Not good.
If there was another chart, this can than just show agent activity ie with the enquiries we get, what we are doing with them, how often we are following up, getting appointments etc.
This would be a good tool to show the vendor we are doing our job and if we are/aren’t getting appointments. And the supporting feedback notes can give more insight to this.

Currently we have added Follow ups and Private inspections into the enquiry source list so they show up in this chart but looks messy and mixing an enquiry chart with agent activity.
