    Thanks for the suggestions everyone! We’ll be looking at ways in which we can support this, as we agree that better exposing enquiry sources provides a lot of value. We will keep everyone posted if this feature progresses.

    I think a pie chart option is a great idea but also enquiry source and what actions the agent does with the enquiry should be shown in two separate charts. Something like the attach.
