Statement Of Information
As a CAV requirement for all VICTORIAN residential properties, i feel that the listing should not be able to be uploaded to any portal until the Statement of Information document is uploaded, saved and made public.
This will assist in meeting our requirements

We made changes a while ago that ensure a Statement of Information is required before listings can be published in Victoria

This item should be elevated as CAV have stepped up their campaign of enforcement with heavy fines now on the agenda.
A listing should not be able to be uploaded without this doc. being publicly available
