Ability to present different Agents Commission structures
Hi,
we like most agencies have many agents, who all have different commission structures. We also sell different products where the commissions rates vary.
Is there a way to pre-load these commission structures that would be like the pre-set agency commission, so that these important fees are set once and then just selected by the Administrator with no room for errror.

You can now set the default commission amount for an agent under Settings > Commissions > Agent Defaults!
In addition you can set up default Commission Structures for things like packages offered by your agency.

Hi Kelly. Just following up on this suggestion. Are you looking for a way to preset rates/structures for determining gross commission on the sale? Or are you interested in a way of pre-defining an agent's individual commission rate for when you are calculating their individual payout?
If it is the first one, then Rex has that capability now. It's found under the Admin menu in the Commission Settings section.
