Contact Search in Feedback OPtions
When entering contacts in via Feedback for Enquiry & OFI , it would be great if you could enter the email/mobile to search rather than just a name. This ability would also alleviate some duplicate records.

You can enter name, email or phone number - the system should search across any of these.

My understanding of this question, is that you can. Some Agents/Contacts have very bad handwriting. So I search their mob/email address and it works

Adding a new contact from the "related contact" section also does not notify you if there is already a record in the system.
