Incoming call
It would be great if pocket recognised the incoming call number and iPhone gave a possible description of who it might be rather that just the number. Also, pocket could then register the incoming call and count it on Rex and drop a note to say that the client had called

Hi,
It seems Caller ID was implemented as a feature a few days after your request https://www.rexsoftware.com/feature-release-pocket-caller-id-improvements/.
Unfortunately the remainder of the functionality (automatically pulling data back into pocket after the phone call) is not possible due to security restrictions imposed by iOS.
