Related Contacts
When adding related contacts to a property record, it would be nice to have a flexible option (at present only owner, past owner, tenant or past tenant are available). I do a lot of business to business networking and would like to add say an architect or consultant that has worked on a particular property. You can add a custom field when you add a related contact to an existing contact record, so it would be good to have this available on the property record.

Agreed, I think it would be useful being able to see the related solicitor/conveyancer for the property at a glance as well.

Agreed, it would also be helpful to be able to list them as a prospective tenant until the contracts are signed etc. and it is settled/finalised.

we would like this tool to be able to utilise for account contact. Make the system a lot more user friendly and save on a lot of time searching for the correct contact and having a quick reference for what they are for.

I agree. It would be useful for example, a buyers advocate who is the main contact for the property. Please have custom options for different circumstances.

This would certainly be a useful feature as there are many contacts we need to add who do not fall into any of the OWNER, PAST OWNER, TENANT, PAST TENANT categories, but are still related to the property in an important way.
Pinning a note to the top of the property (as has been suggested by support) is not an appropriate or satisfactory work-around.
