Abililty to embed Fields in subject line of email template
Zoho have a great feature that lets you embed you fields (system & custom) into the subject line of your template emails.
Example Subject Lines
"CONTACT NAME, here is the file i spoke about"
"Open Home confirmation for PROPERTY NAME"
"Thank-you for your enquiry about PROPERTY NAME"

You can create the merge tag within the body of the email and then just copy/cut it and place it with the subject line. :)
