    I agree. would allow for much better control of process and ensure less errors (having to resend and remember to assign certain people).

    REX is pretty slow to load and respond as it is so having to duplicate a process just compounds the inefficiency

    Any template mail merge could benefit from. The best example given is for referral based emails that recommend clients to suppiers (brokers, nominates solicitors, nominated removalists).

    The relevant template could be customised to meet the needs of that common referral to specific suppliers. The owner/salesperson/admin person/broker who is meant to be cc'd each time would simply be the nominated CC (allowing you add additional CC email addresses if needed)
