Feedback - Create Follow-Up Feedback
We feel the buyer/liting follow-up feedback should follow on in the original feedback box. Therefore we and the vendors can more easily follow the timeline of feedback for that particular buyer. eg When currently reading a vendor report feedback for each buyer is spread across the entire report. We believe we should be able to look at a buyer and in the same section know exactly where that buyer is at.

I agree with this suggestion, the follow up also appears to account for a new enquiry which increases the enquiry stats?
Follow up should be linked to the one person not individually sectioned. -

Feedback is currently sorted by date on the report. What are your thoughts on it becoming harder for vendor's to isolate new feedback (as opposed to previous feedback)?
Although threading may be useful, how do you weigh this against the above. Also how do you expect this to work with date ranges on feedback (would older feedback appear even if it wasn't in the date range to ensure the entire thread stack is showing)?
