secondary emails do not work if in contact is in the cc box. Will only send to the primary
Email addresses that are cc'd if they have a secondary email it is to go to it will only send to the primary address.
To whoever logged this, if this is still an issue (where secondary emails for a contact are sent to if contact is in to field but not if they are in cc field) it sounds like this may be a bug. If that is the case please get in touch with the support team (and refer them to this uservoice entry).

Hi Anonymous, I've found when marking an email address as 'secondary' it automatically goes to both the Primary and Secondary email without cc'ing anyone else into the email. Maybe test this on yourself if you have like a work & personal email then delete it out. Hope this helps. Kaylee

Quite often we need to email both a primary and secondary email address, especially if for example a husband and wife that are one contact record would both like to receive a copy of an email.
