Add a secondary person to assign a reminder to. This was for PA's they can get the reminder to follow through on the task but the sales agent can get a reminder also to keep in touch with what's happening with their clients.

You can now assign reminders to user groups, which allows for multiple people to have visibility over one reminder. This also works for tracks.

We have teams/EBUs of 2-3 people so the ability to assign it to a user group or permission group would let our whole team have an overview of the reminders and be able to complete it
