Visual distinction between System tags and Custom Tags
Show some kind of visual distinction between those tags created in Admin > Custom Values & Mailing Lists > System Tags (and thus used consistently) and custom tags added to contacts and properties individually. Colour stripe, different colour block etc

Even having the ability to run a report that shows custom tags that have been created would be great.
