    Even having the ability to run a report that shows custom tags that have been created would be great.

    Hi Alex,

    Contract Issued is when the contract is sent to the buyers -> We don't track this. Even if we did, when would this status expire if the buyers did not go ahead with it... i.e. where would this be recorded? = This would expire either when the contract was marked as sent to vendor or when the contract was marked as Fallen. This could be put in as one of the Key Dates in the Contract section and then shown in the contract reports section.

    Contract sent to vendor -> As above = = This would expire either when the contract was marked as accepted or when the contract was marked as Fallen. This could be put in as one of the Key Dates in the Contract section and then shown in the contract reports section.

    Cooling off Expiry -> This is probably common enough that we could potentially track this as its own field. = Yes as this is applicable to everyone in QLD.

    What do we do for agencies that do not use these statuses or have slightly different statuses that they want to track - how do we avoid clutter for them and for you if someone else requests other items to be stored? = Maybe give the option for additional key dates and then have check boxes for the ones we want showed, that way each user can pick what they want viewed and if it is relevant for them. In the reporting section it shouldn't matter how many reports are to choose from in there.

    This feature would be a great asset as we get our Developers asking for reports on newsletter sends all the time. It also helps the agents to contact those who have clicked through certain parts of the newsletters
