Rex Calendar Improvements

1, Enter an APPOINTMENT for a team member directly into the calendar, including attaching the CONTACT(s) (for contact details)

  1. Attach and synchronise a PROPERTY (or properties) as the LOCATION for the appointment.

  2. Include appointment REMINDERS which also synchronise

  3. INVITE other contacts to appointments

  4. Create RECURRING appointments

  5. Create ALL DAY appointments (actually I think we can already do this)

  6. COLOUR CODE appointments

  7. Attach CONTACT DETAILS for appointment team member

  8. Insert ATTACHMENTS to appointments (brochures, titles, other documents)

  9. Link appointments to FEEDBACK for Vendor Reports

  10. Administrators can OPEN more than 1 calendar across a screen

  11. Have auction times in the calendar like we have for OFIs

    It would be great if we could get Auction and set sale dates to come up as appointments in the calander the same as open homes do.

    Recurring appointments would a great feature and would help our business.

    The agents need a calendar that they can manually add appointments to without going through a property or listing etc. A calendar that they can just go straight into the days to add notes and appointments etc. The same as they would in their outlook calenders.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    The calendar in Rex is supposed to supplement your calendar in Outlook, not replace it.

    You should have your normal work calendar in Outlook and then a feed of upcoming events from Rex, so appointments with contacts, open homes etc.

    I would like to use this calender as my main work calender. All that shows up on it is open inspections. Reminders ect should all show up

    So you can break up the appointments in the calendar if they could either alternate in a day or be several different colours this would be helpful.

    It would be great to have more capabilities in the calender, input appointments, show reminders etc.
