Option to not include OFI Attendees surnames
When generating a vendor report should have an tick box option to choose to leave surnames off OFI attendees - for privacy reasons.

Hi Tayla, not sure if this is what you are after but when I generate our vendor reports I always use the drop down box "Contact Name Format" and select "First Name Only" this will make sure that only the first names of OFI attendees show.
