Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Internal call list for a property with feedback and buyers and numbers

    Hoping it will look like the vendor report but be for internal use only with all the comments, which we put in our reports such as their family makeup and also their budget.

    It would be great to read this and make calls on other properties listed that are similar for agents to want to grab and call on the road.

    I have attached a file that we used to use.

  2. Vendor Portal

    This is based off property management software and it is a login system used by owners to login and see the feedback on a daily basis for their property. It does require the agent to fill in the inspection details and comments each day, but it lets the owners feel like they have live information, rather than having to wait for a report to be sent (or not sent sometimes) each week.

    At the moment you need copy your notes then go out of the phone call notes after saving your notes and then go into feedback tab and pasted what you said in there again. VERY SLOW.

    We would like a little tick box saying “Addnote to feedback” makes it much faster and efficient

  4. Second Agent on Open Home

    At almost all of our open homes, we have two agents attend and work with the buyers, this helps when we have very busy open homes or if one agent is caught up talking to a buyer.
    I would like the option to add two agents to an open home so that we can both register buyers while the open home is on or add notes while the other agent is talking to the buyer.

  5. Attach email & SMS merges created from 'view contacts attached to feedback' to the listing the merge is regarding.

    When sending a merge to all contacts attached to feedback on a listing;

    Open Listing
    Go to Feedback
    View List of Contacts attached to Feedback
    Select Contacts
    Merge > SMS/Email

    These merge emails or SMS don't currently attach to the listing that the contacts were pulled from when sent, therefore the agent's work is not recorded in the Listing record & can't show on the Vendor Report.

    It would be great if there was a way to be able to attach these actions to the listing, so that they can then show on the Vendor Report.

  6. Kiosk - Buyer enquiry source

    Pocket Kiosk should absolutely have a mandatory field when completing contact information "Enquiry Source" or "Where did you hear about this property" Make it a multiple choice question

    -realestate.com.au
    -domain.com.au
    -Newspaper
    -Word of mouth
    -Facebook

    (these should be editable for each office)

    I understand we can gain this information at call backs, but it doesn't always happen. This information is crucial to feedback reports and can be done at the time of entry.

  7. pocket kiosk

    Hi there,
    Love where pocket Kiosk is heading... and would love to use it to replace Homepass. However there are two things that would be crucial for us to actually start using it.
    1. Make it work in landscape mode. It's way easier to use an iPad/Tablet with keyboard attached, and most attach along long edge. If just using screen keypad it's much easier to use in landscape. And also if holding in your hands you always hold it in landscape.

  8. REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.

    Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
    However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.

  9. Save on each individual feedback in OFIs

    I have just lost all of my feedback for 24 contacts, resulting in a lot of extra and unnecessary work. Currently, when you add individual feedback for a contact that came to one of your OFIs, it does not save once you have clicked "done". Instead, it saves as a group only once you have clicked "save" after every entry has been added. This poses a huge risk when it comes to connection loss, computer crashes or even simply closing the browser window by accident.   10. Being able to add more information to OFI attendees in Pocket

    We should be able to add a note and address when adding OFI attendees in Pocket not just phone and email if they are not in the system

  11. Ability to add further client details, when adding new 'Contact' in feedback section

    Having the ability to add further clients to a new 'Contact' when updating feedback section and you come across a new contact (which happens quite often when entering home open registers). Details would include:
    - Address
    - Match profile
    It would mean that when the agent is putting in their home open list and they come across a new contact, then they can just add in the details there and then, without having to go back into the contact later and add in the further details that they have obtained

  12. Feedback - Create Follow-Up Feedback

    We feel the buyer/liting follow-up feedback should follow on in the original feedback box. Therefore we and the vendors can more easily follow the timeline of feedback for that particular buyer. eg When currently reading a vendor report feedback for each buyer is spread across the entire report. We believe we should be able to look at a buyer and in the same section know exactly where that buyer is at.

  13. Moving cancel button on feedback box

    Can the cancel button please be moved to the bottom left hand corner of the feedback box. I constantly click the cancel button after putting notes in and it is incredibly frustrating!!

  14. OFI offline - no wifi area

    We have areas which are hilly and cant get wifi
    Are we able to use open homes function offline then it updates when we are back on wifi. Oyher crms have this option

  15. Manual match listings automatically attached to feedback

    It would be great if the manual matched listings, sent out in emails were attached to feedback automatically. So that when you do a Vendor report, you can show the Vendor all of the people that you directly emailed the listing to. And also on the flip-side, when you are in the Buyer's profile, you can see all of the listings you have mentioned to them in "view list of listings attached to feedback"

  16. Limitations when emailing all contacts linked to feedback for a listing

    When we want to send an email to all contacts linked to feedback we can use a template but we are unable to:
    1. have these emails show on the stream for the property listing record, which would be good to see when you would like get an overall picture of all correspondence relating to the listing
    2. attach a brochure as an attachment (which is the case for all emails unless you email it from when you've generated the brochure)

  17. OFI call backs - see notes while calling them back

    When making call backs would be great if had a easy to use system to quiclky look at the list of OFI attendees with notes they made, and interest level. At the moment (attachment) you have the contact deatils and number but would be great if another row had there comments, if a section 32 was sent, there interest level in the property, if they want to be kept in the loop on the property or no further interest

  18. Contacts hot/warm/cold status for a property should adjust for that contact on that property if their interest changes

    When posting feedback for a client there is a hot/warm/cold status. This is very useful when keep a track on the interested parties and the number of interested parties displayed on the vendor report. Currently if you have a contact like John Smith and he has hot feedback when you first meet him but on further follow up he changes his interest level, or if John Smith came for multiple viewings with 3 feedback entries for example, and was ranked as hot on all 3 and on the 4th viewing he decided he had changed his mind, the vendor report…

  20. Multiple Property Enquiries

    Hello, option to add multiple properties when adding enquiry feedback on a single contract person. When adding feeback on an enquiry i need to have the option of adding more than one proerty as we have many developments for sale and would like to add all proeprties to the one entry
