when entering vpa make it visible as to who's cost it is, office or vendor. at the moment it only shows price when it is a vendor cost

Yes I agree - it needs to functionality to have the 'agent or office' having the option to pay or pay a portion of the invoice generated to the client

A clearer definition of who is covering what cost Vendor/Office/Agent. Nowhere to see what cost the agent is covering in the VPA section at the moment.
