Are we able to place a + sign on the Bedrooms and bathroom to indicate a study or a powder room please?
I know that rex only accepts whole numbers, if we can use a + sign that would indicate there is more than the whole number.

As mentioned unfortunately the portals wouldn’t support this. You can however add a study as a feature on a residential property which should be displayed appropriately on portals.
