Assigning multiple owners to appointments
When adding a reminder to a property or person in the type of an appointment (so it shows up in the calendar) we need to be able to assign multiple owners to one appointment so it shows up in each persons calendar.

With the reminders, it needs to be marked as complete by someone, so if you have several users getting the reminder it would make it tricky as to who has completed.
What you can do is subscribe to each others calendars so you can see what appointments each are attached to.
With reminders like contract dates, Admin users can change the dashboard to view it as someone else so they can follow up on these.

I agree! We are a small office and often have appointments that more than one staff member is needed to attend - the only options we have for this is to assign it to all users or enter the appointment multiple times which is not overly productive.
I understand that the reminders need to be checked off by someone, perhaps there should be the capacity for multiple people to be assigned and for rex to track which user has checked off the item if it is that necessary?
