Trade contractor follow-ups: track quotes, not just property listings
Rex is built for property agents, but trade contractors live on quotes — inspections booked, estimates sent, follow-ups due, materials ordered.
A pipeline stage for quotes would fit this work far better than a listings view. A roofing contractor in waukegan juggles inspections, insurance paperwork and material orders every week, and a simple quote pipeline would stop good jobs slipping through because nobody followed up on time.
Stages like Quote sent, Follow-up due, Job booked and Materials ordered would cover most of a contractor's week.
