Move-in checklist template for new tenancies
Property managers would love a built-in move-in checklist template: meter readings photographed, utility account transferred, first bill verified, keys logged. It is the same short routine on every tenancy and today everyone rebuilds it in spreadsheets or notes.
In Dubai the transfer step includes confirming the tenant's electricity and water account is active - agents here check the first bill through dewa bill check online before closing the file. Having that checklist inside the CRM, with tick boxes and photo slots, would cut move-in admin to minutes.
