Having a "Private Open home" option would be good. You could set the time like an open home but the time is not publicly advertised. For example, a tenanted property who doesnt want opens or an owner that doesnt want opens. You can invite a number of people to attend the private open home "by appointment". This would enable you to check them in as normal and run it like an open but no open home has been advertised so no random neighbours etc wandering in. The attendees are only people yoiu have invited. Particularly good when you have a good number to get through rather than doing a dozen+ private inspections but still sticking to the "no open homes" request. The buyers are all there by appointment in an open format.
