It would be really useful to be able to use custom fields as merge tags in the the confirmation emails available in custom appointment types. We want to be able to include a link to an external property information service in the accompanied viewing confirmation email that would pull the URL from a custom field within a listing, so that the customer gets added value even before the viewing. However, custom fields are not available as merge tags when configuring the confirmation emails in custom appointment types.
