The idea of this feature would be to insure the person enquiring knows they've received an auto response email regarding the property they've enquired about. A large number of people are missing the auto-responses as the email is sitting in their junk/spam/other folders. This in some cases as caused frustration that they never heard back.

Idea being that the auto response goes out so does a text with something similar to the below response via text/.

Example of text could be a simple as " Hi Thank You, for your enquiry on X property we've sent you though some key details via email for you to review. Reminder: Please also check you junk/spam/other folders etc. Regards Agent X
